Return & Exchange Policy
Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the items you order and your experience with Fitness Flex. Thus we provide a 15-days exchange & return policy. Depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product, there may be several options available to you.
The return & replacement set out below apply to all transactions on this website. Please read them carefully as using the website and placing orders from it indicates acceptance of all of them, Returns & Replacement and delivery, etc.
We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don’t love it, send it back!
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!
Unfortunately, Fitness Flex is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
We offer free returns on all purchases failing to perform or damaged due to a material or manufacturing error. For any other reasons, customers will be responsible for return shipments & costs.
All products purchased from Fitness Flex can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if:-
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or are found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to email@example.com or by calling at +92 310-212-5940, in case you want to raise a dispute. At Fitness Flex, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both parties.
- Replacement will be sent in case of a defective/faulty/damaged item. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products. Rs 300 is deducted for delivery charges in case of a refund.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- The product is damaged because of use.
- The product has tampered with.
We are committed to exchange the product for you if the size is not appropriate. But you can only exchange it for the same product with the same color, and there is only one chance to do the exchange. Customers will be responsible for exchange shipments & costs.
