Reception of the Products
For Cash on Delivery, sealed items or packages cannot be opened unless the payment is made to the Delivery Agent. The Delivery Agent shall not take the item back if the seal is opened.

Please keep in mind that the item’s condition has to conform to our Returns Policy given on our website.
Order can only be delivered to a private address (e.g. home, work address). Kindly note that we cannot deliver any order to public places, streets, cafes, and or restaurants. If the payment is made with a credit/debit card, the person receiving the order at the delivery address needs to show his or her CNIC to our delivery agent.
Customers can securely pay by Visa/Master Credit & Debit Cards. This includes local as well as international cards.
How to make transactions via Debit/Credit card
Add your favorite product(s) in the cart to buy & proceed for checkout.
If you already have an account on our website then log in or create a new account and add your shipping details.
Select Debit/Credit card payment method.
Click on proceed with the order. It will redirect the customer to the payment gateway.
Enter card details e.g card number, expiry, CVV (3 digits at the backside of your card), mobile number, email address, and country.
Then pay securely and your transaction will be completed.
Payment gateway redirects the customer to Fitness Flex where the order confirmation page will be displayed having details related to the order placed by the customer along with shipping address information.
COD (Cash On Delivery)
We are offering a COD payment method on orders amount between 1350 to Rs 10,000 & shipment weight up to 5kg.
COD method is quick and you have peace of mind to pay cash on delivery to reduce the risk of fraud.
COD method is that you can’t order more than a certain limit of amount & weight.
Delivery charges for COD shipments would include Shipping FEE which is 300 on delivery.

If a Customer chooses to make a payment through a voucher, the customer will receive a voucher number through SMS. The customer can pay his voucher at any of the more than 60,000 retailers nationwide.

As much as we would love to, we cannot hand-deliver every order to every customer, so we leave the delivery in the hands of our trusted delivery partners. Fitness Flex ensures every package against theft and accidental damage while in transit until it is delivered to your specified address. Once the package is delivered, we are no longer responsible for your purchase. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you refuse the delivery and contact us right away. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your order details and tracking number, which you can use to track your order online. If you are registered with Fitness Flex, you can track the status of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting “My Account“, followed by “Orders“.
Your tracking number will not activate to show movement until the parcel is scanned in at the first courier-specific sorting facility, generally, 48 hours or so after you receive your shipping notification.
Before we can ship your order, we may need to confirm some additional details regarding sizes, color, lining, etc.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order begins processing and includes a 48 – 72 hours period where your items will be packed and shipped from our warehouse. This can take slightly longer during sales.
Inclement weather conditions and international customs are also not factored into delivery time and may cause delays.
